1Hadaf clearly separates what you choose to publish on your profile from what remains confidential in your registration, observations and final file.
1. Data collected
Registration may include your contact details, situation, answers about marriage, availability, the contact details of a designated relative and the information needed to operate the journey.
2. Purpose
This information is used to manage the waiting list, organise groups, follow the journey and prepare the elements needed for the confidential file.
3. Public profile
1Hadaf does not automatically publish registration answers, observations or the file. The participant chooses what they wish to make public on their profile.
4. Final file
The file is consulted in a controlled setting. It is not intended to be downloaded, photographed, copied or taken away.
5. Access and retention
Access is limited to those who need it to operate the service. Retention periods and procedures for exercising rights must be adapted to the country in which 1Hadaf is legally operated.
